This Shipping & Returns policy applies to purchases of Kupi products made through third-party checkout platforms linked from our website or shared via email communications.


Shipping


Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully completed through our third-party payment provider (such as Square).

Orders are typically processed within several business days, depending on product availability and order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.


Shipping Locations


At this time, we ship within Canada only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Shipping Methods & Delivery


Shipping methods, rates, and delivery timelines are displayed during checkout on the third-party platform used to complete your purchase.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Lost or Delayed Packages


Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility rests with the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If you need assistance, you may also contact us and we will do our best to help.


Returns & Refunds


Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Improper use of the product

Bath products are personal-use items, and once shipped, cannot be resold or reused.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at care@readytokupi.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Approved cases may be resolved through store credit or replacement, at our discretion.


Case-by-Case Discretion


In rare circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may review issues on a case-by-case basis.

This does not guarantee a refund and does not apply to normal wear, personal preference, or misuse. Any resolution offered is final.


Returned or Refused Packages


Packages returned to sender or refused without prior approval may be subject to shipping and handling deductions. If applicable, store credit may be issued after inspection.
